Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the d111 platform (accessible at d111.asia), you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with d111's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As a condition of withdrawing funds, all players are required to complete d111's KYC verification process. Accepted documentation includes a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with proof of your registered mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) ownership. d111 reserves the right to expand its KYC requirements in line with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) registered account on the d111 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Accuracy of Information

At the time of registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and any other details requested. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and must notify d111 promptly at [email protected] if any registered details change.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your d111 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another person's account. Any activity carried out through your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify d111 immediately.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your d111 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. d111 may close or suspend any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where closure is required to comply with applicable law or to protect the integrity of the platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the d111 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). d111 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the player where applicable.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by d111. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once KYC is complete, withdrawal processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 24 hours depending on the payment method and volume of requests at the time.

Anti-Money Laundering

Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. d111 reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

Bonuses & Promotions

d111 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between specific offer terms and these general conditions, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, all bonuses credited to a d111 account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions from different game types may vary — slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live table games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the offer terms.

Bonus Validity

Bonus Abuse

Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus balances and associated winnings forfeited, and the account may be permanently suspended.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the d111 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event, as displayed within the d111 game lobby or sports book at the time of play. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant game rules.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on d111 cover cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sporting events. Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation apply regardless of subsequent market movements.

d111 reserves the right to void any bet where the outcome of the relevant event has been determined to have been subject to match-fixing, corruption, or any other irregularity that materially affects the integrity of the result. In such circumstances, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

Responsible Gaming

d111's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, howsoever arising, shall not in any circumstances exceed the total amount deposited by you into your d111 account in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit d111's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Privacy & Data Use

d111 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at d111.asia/privacy-policy. By registering a d111 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
